Regarding the Norton and Avast issues: I have located the pages on their web sites to submit a program which is causing a false positive (for a virus). I will be submitting the *next* version (9.1) after I release it. I am going to submit both the installer, as well as the Updater program itself. I will probably have to do this every time there is a new release of the Updater.
I may have 9.1 in the next couple of days. There have not been any reported bugs, but I will be adding a couple of improvements: 1. Changing selections (only) under Master Callsigns and/or Membership list will rebuild that database, even if there were no changes to the source files. If you change from "some selected" to "none selected", the Updater will build an empty file. 2.
