[Dx4win] lotw question

well COVID is giving me time to do what should have been done a long 
time ago  I have my LOTW file updated and loaded  to LOTW 
sucessfully  but never have figured how to get the LOTW confirmations 
into DX4WIN  Can I download an ADIF from LOTW and import it into 
DX4WIN will that just do the QSL confirmations that were made on LOTW 
or is it done a dfferent way  my 2004 manual does not cover that   Thanks
