I would go to Jim AD1C excellent website: https://dx4win.ad1c.us/appnotes/lotw.html and follow his instructions. There are slight differences between ver 9 and earlier versions but you should be able to figure it out. Other wise email me and I will put together a little checklist of how I do it.
