Sorry. There is no standard naming convention for counties, at least
among hams. There is a FIPS standard which uses St. instead of Saint.
The Radio Amateur Callbook CD also uses St. Unfortunately, both QRZ
and LoTW use Saint.
The County Hunters also use St. which is matched by DX4WIN:
