We checked this out and had no problem connecting to the W9NIU site. I think the difficulty some are having is due to not having user options for this cluster set correctly in the internet tab of DXbase user options. This site requires some commands to be sent that other clusters don't require:
The prompt for Password must be listed as Password, the actual password value must be left blank. Last set of entries must be the > and in the connect field the DXC entry must be present. When we set this up, the connection was easily made. It's a shame that all clusters can't at least use the same login format. Remember, that if you set this up to try this site and then decide to try a different site, the entries above may have to be changed to agree with whatever the new site is expecting. We suggest you keep some notes about the sites you use so that you will know what the user option requirements are for each.
