I know some of the guys are using third party drivers or something to use the parallel port with Windows XP, but I have heard that it doesn't work very well. I just want to get it running per the help file, if I can...
Thanks for the tip, though. One other interesting fact is that someone pointed out that there is no IRQ17. I went back and checked and sure enough it is IRQ17. I also checked the other port on the PCI card and it also says IRQ17, but there are NO CONFLICTS listed! Everything on those ports works, too.
