[DXBase] LoTW

Hi, I am trying to put my qso's into LoTW from DXBase 2004. I have the QSO
set for 1976-03-10, When I start the conversion from DxBase to ADIF ibn
LoTW, I get a lot of errors about 400 of them from l977,87,89 that say out
of date range.
why do I get this? and how to I correct this?
