I was wondering how this would be handled. You are going after DXCC, or = some multiple, and part of your submission consist of QSL cards and the = rest of your contacts are confirmed via LoTW. I was just wondering how = something like that will be handled. Maybe the submission form going to = ARRL would/will have an option where you can check LoTW or card.
