aaahhh! Good point, but this is one you need to take up with the ARRL. They haven't published any modifications to their form and until they do, I don't think anyone knows what their plan will be. I'm not sure they have a plan yet, although I'm sure they are in "smoke-filled" rooms working on one! For all we know, there may not be any inclusion of LoTW QSOs on their form. Maybe you will just have a box that says, "include my LoTW Qs on record" and add to it, the QSLs that are being submitted with this application. Who knows?
Maybe a DXbase user has some "insider" info about how this is going to be handled? If so, it would sure be helpful to know where this is headed. But for now, I guess we just have to sit back and see where it all shakes out.. hihi....
