[Dxbase] help

I am trying to get a report to convert using 2005 it it will not convert.
Anyone have any Ideas how to save the file. It goes to default as a HTML. 
 
The other question I have is that I have a MDB file on a CD-R of mine and I
can not get it to import either. it tells me that it is opened already with
the Microsoft Jet Database and such.
