George, I do not know what Jack's "logic" says in the selection process he uses.. so, initially, my answer would be yes. I would think that a qso shown in the card only - shud also showup in the Both .. But, without seeing exactly what are the qso's you have - I don't know for sure..
I was only reporting back to you about what I saw as to the meaning of the term for Both in that scenario.
