I cannot find the following QSL's counties that correspond to DXBase county list. Any ideas?

The only counties that you will see in DXbase are those that are sanctioned by the County Hunters Award. Those are listed on the county hunters web site. Their list does NOT match the US government assignment of counties. Counties that no longer exist or which have been merged into some new county are not in DXbase since we are only tracking current counties based on the county hunter's list. Although there may be some county names assigned for Alaska as far as postal zip codes go, the county hunter award does not recognize these. Instead, there are four geographic regions in Alaska and this substitutes for counties. I suggest you visit the County Hunter's Web site and also review the County Hunter's Award program documentation for more information. What you seem to be looking for in DXbase is a match between the government assigned counties and our database listing. However, what is in DXbase is a match with the County Hunter Awards program instead.
