Upon further reading of your post below, I don't believe there are any ADIF
field "definitions" in the DXB help files.  The instructions on the Import
screen are on how to use the DXB provided entry fields.  This assumes you
want all the Spec1 fields populated with the same bit of info.  If you want
different info for each QSO to populate into the Spec1 field then you will
have to take that issue up with the author of whatever software you are
using to create the ADIF file, or manually edit your ADIF file to add the
<SPEC1:n> information for each record in the file.

A Google search yielded the following link that may provide you additional
info about ADIF field "definitions".

Note that there is nothing there about Spec1 as I believe that is a user
optional field unique to DXbase.  Other logging programs probably will not
have this defined.
