I was using a Netgear Cable Modem / Router (all in one case) provided by the
cable company, and had the same problem until I hooked up a seperate cable
modem (Toshiba), and seperate wireless router (Linksys).
Have had no problems since.

Subject: [Dxbase] EasyDX
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I used to do my logging/PacketCluster monitoring with the EASYDX program back
in the early 1990's - it was an MFJ Product. I later bought DXBase (I don't
remember if it was version 2 or 3) and retired EASYDX. It worked fine, but
after importing it into DXBase, it filled up the "Notes" field in DXBase, every
line, with text something like "Imported from EASYDX", which I then had to
manually delete, line by line (1000's of lines worth.) I recently bought some
misc. MFJ equipment at a local estate sale, and with the equipment was a manual
for the EASYDX program.

Once the datafiles conversion was done, I stayed with DXBase.
