It's possible that the cluster you are connected to is not sendning you
keep-alives. Try mine N5IN cluster address dxspots.com. I send keep
alives every 9 minutes when there is no other activity. Also DXBase2006
can send keep alives, a typical value would be every 5 minutes, but you
can go down as low as one per minute, although that is rather extreem.

I had a similar problem.

Recycling the router and modem solved the problem.

For anyone is this situation, try using the Edit>Find/Replace feature.
Place the cursor in the top of the offending column and use the feature to find
the phrase
and leave the replace field blank.
It will fully automate the finding/deleting.

I used to do my logging/PacketCluster monitoring with the EASYDX program back
in the early
1990's - it was an MFJ Product. I later bought DXBase (I don't remember if it
was version
2 or 3) and retired EASYDX. It worked fine, but after importing it into DXBase,
it filled
up the "Notes" field in DXBase, every line, with text something like "Imported
from
EASYDX", which I then had to manually delete, line by line (1000's of lines
worth.) I
recently bought some misc. MFJ equipment at a local estate sale, and with the
equipment
was a manual for the EASYDX program.

Once the datafiles conversion was done, I stayed with DXBase.
