Thanks Tom for the suggestion. Unfortunately it didn't work. I should 
mention that I am running two monitors but when I selected cascade, I 
was able to shift stuff around on both and did not see it.

Just to make sure we are talking about the same window.
Do you mean the Previous QSO window that's accessed by the spyglass Icon?
The one that opens with all the listing of qsos with a specific callsign
or
The one that normally sits at the bottom of the DXB screen and says whether 
you have previous qsos with a callsign. Usualy the Internet Packet message 
entry window is attached.

If it's the latter, maybe it's hidden UNDER  the windows taskbar?
Try increasing the screen size via display properties and that will make the 
DXB windows smaller proportionally and it will be visible.
