OK that was my mistake. I apologize. I was thinking of the toolbars which were the original question I believe.
To back up the WINDOW coordinates from the register you will need to use the registry editor. ***** WARNING ***** Incorrectly editing the registry may severely damage your system. Before making changes to the registry, you should back up any valued data on your computer. I am in no way responsible for any problems you may encounter. Go to start then run and type in regedit in the window and click OK. After regedit starts, double click the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER on the left side. This should open a longer list. Double click Software This should open an even longer list. Scroll down and find: Scientific Solutions Right click this key and click EXPORT. This will then open a save as dialog. Select where you want it saved and name the file then click ok and it will save the settings in the file you named. To restore these settings you just have to double click the file in explorer and it will ask if you want to add the settings to the registry. Answer yes and it will import the settings into the registry and you are done. I couldn't find them in the registry. I'll look again. I could be going blind in my old age. You could search for the key "jel". The colors, size, and other stuff are in the dxb2007.ini file.
