Joe, Not sure if this is the answer, but check it out. Is the system time being entered when you save the QSO and overwriting your manual time?
If so, go back to the Tools/Options.../User Options... window and click the 'Log Defaults' tab again. At the bottom of the window are eight check boxes for various options. Look at the last one in the right hand column, 'Change Date/Time when saving QSO', and make sure it is cleared. It sounds like the date is no longer changing due to the 'Last Date Logged' radio button being selected in the Date Selection area, but if the 'Change Date/Time when saving QSO' option is selected DXB is changing the time field to the system time when you move to enter the next record in the log. Then you have to go back and manually change it again. DXB does not change this second entry because it is an edit of an existing log record, not the entry of a new record. 73, Gary AL9A ----- Original Message ----- From: "joe voelkelt" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: March 02, 2008 7:07 PM Subject: [Dxbase] date and time have fixed the date problem but still having a problem with the time having to enter it twice everytime i add a qso. any ideas? could not find any thing under tools so far thanks joe kl7lf ______________________________________________________________ Dxbase mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected]
