Joe, This still does not explain the discrepancy I am seeing with my labels. i.e.: W4CU comes up as prefix K4 W4UCZ comes up as prefix K4A When I do random selections of callsigns for call area 4 I really don't see a pattern for the prefixes..
I am now suspecting that the originals prefix rules for '4-land' have changed since DXbase was first created.<?> Maybe Jack could weigh in and give us the definitive answer?
