Rag,
Every time I had that error with my cards/labels it was because my project
did not match the printer in some way.

1) Make sure you don't have the printer set to 'Portrait' when your page is
'Landscape' or visa-versa.
2) Make sure the Labels type/number you select is for your project - this is
very important if you are using someone elses DXb label template.
3) Check the DXb label maker Project tab to see if you indeed have the
correct printer selected and correct properties (see #1 above)

I seem to recall Joe having some samples and start guides on his website if
you need more information. If you're still stuck, please repost your
question.
