Gary and Wes,

Back in DXbase2000 - "ALL States" were defaulted as ITU Zone 6.

So, my logbook file also shows the ITU Zone 6 for IL
-- and -- FOR OTHER STATES also ... Once the QSO was
saved - it was carved in stone.

There are only a couple of STATES that are in two ITU Zones -

You best bet is to manually change the QSOS in question.

Gary - if I understand the LoTW program, Once you SETUP your
Illinois CERTIFICATE as being CQ ZONE __ , ITU ZONE __, and
STATE as ___ and COUNTY as ___

"that" is the info that your uploaded QSOs are tagged with ..

The erroneous info in your logbook's ITU Zone column should
not hurt anything.
