I knew this problem quite a long time. All my QSO's of 70th, 80th, 90th up to 2003 all stations from ITU Zones 08 and 07 have 06. What I am doing now is manually changing 06's to appropriate 08's or 07's :-( (Only for those who's cards are being received)
