Good idea to try to create such an .exe file because almost every
download of LOTW reports gives some number of contacts which have CQ
Zone Number and ITU Zone Number placed inversely by mistake. So we
seemed to have to use that .exe frequently now.

One thing to keep in mind also, when it comes
to the CQ and ITU Zones, is that when you
IMPORT your LOTW adif file (with details) --

and --

the other station messed-up the CQ and/or ITU Zone
number -- YOU GOT garbage-in garbage-out ... just
like the ol' saying goes...

The LOTW import mistakes should NOT be a large
part of any mistakes -- but, they will be there..

FYI - this standalone exe file "will" have the TEST ONLY button -- so
that you can SEE how many CQ and/or ITU Zone entries are not correct.

THEN - you can run the updater ("if" you want) -- there
is not requirement for doing this!!! It is strictly up to
the user.
