Yes that was one of the "enhancements" in DXB 2007!  Times down to the 
nearest second but you cant switch it off if you don't want it!

I fudged it by changing the size of the time box on the label so it was only 
big enough to print HH:MM and that has worked well for me.  You may have to 
go to a font that is always the same width (the name escapes me) like 
Courier New

Hopefully in DXB 2011 we can opt out of per second timing of QSOs!!
