BTW:  Mozilla has *not bad* support for DOM1.

Opera position their product as *lightweight* browser.
They simply can't implement everything.
Of course, it's bad when they claim DOM support, as they do not support DOM

MS IE crashes, consumes a lot of resources, and has problems even with simple 
CSS1 definitions.
Besides, it is not available on Linux. And Mac implementation is different 
(better) than Windows version.

Problem is not that MS doesn't follows standards.
problem is that Netscape fu*cked standards as well.
If Netscape Navigator was not so buggy, developers could have a choice.

But as both MS and NN fu*ck standards, we have rsults as we have it.
