Yeah, it may be a DOCTYPE issue. The "language" attribute is deprecated and
not even permitted in XHTML 1.0, and must be replaced with "type."
I think the main problem with Opera re: DHTML is that it doesn't support the
dynamic generation of layers, but I could be wrong. Or maybe it doesn't
implement a scriptable interface to CSS2?
