I wasn't planning on doing any responding, but I failed (just my personality
I guess):

What is the use of this for the DynAPI?
How many people need this!?
Remember the REAL important issues still open? (mac, ns6, events, loadpanel,
widgets,etc,etc,etc)
Remember the bloated discussion?

Trust me DynAPI works the same on dutch browsers
as it does on english browsers and so does the DHTML code
behind it, and seeing that it's being used all over the world
I'm pretty sure that all different-language versions work the same.
