pounding? how does 'pounding' of their website affect IE5.5?
Or do you mean too many ppl are Dl'ing it?

I think the recall is directly related to the pounding Microsoft's websites have been taking.

Why is it they never recall anything until after I have installed it?
The same thing happened to me with NT 4's SP4...
Well, let's just say THAT little episode taught me to back-up my code
