I am of course, very interested.. Can you tell me more about how this would work? Or point me to a resource or two? It would be greatly appreciated.   Anyone who can help me in this task -> optimizing DynAPI,ect. for 28.8kbps.. would be owed a favour. The use of jar files is OK, but I think that only works in NS. I may be wrong but I think IE requires that you use cab files.
