hmmm...last I check no one was above the law...a president could be
found guilty in court just as a man woh lives on the street. All it
need's is proof and no corruption in the legal system. I'd make a bet
that if Gates was found guilty of "Murder" he'd be in prison so fast
you couldn't blink.

A monopoly is only as powerful as the most corrupt member of the
legal system. Who cares if the make a lot of money, supply lots of
jobs, that's not important because another company will come out of
the dirt to replace them.
