Office doesn't work under Wine yet; they're still trying to
reverse-engineer the undocumented API calls that Microsoft claims don't
exist. Slow work. I haven't heard one way or the other about Notes, tho.
Also, Wine is aimed primarily at x86; works under Solaris-x86, and there
have been varying reports of success on other architectures. YMMV. But
what it runs, it runs as fast as Windows itself does it. Now if I could
just convince it to find my Descent II CD.. :)
