Actually just go to http://udrp.law.cornell.edu/udrp/advsearch.html

Check the following:

X Respondent had no rights or legitimate interest in the name
X Registered trademark or service mark was involved
X Name identical or confusingly similar to complainant's
X Domain name not registered or not used in bad faith
X The complaint was denied

You will find exactly 143 cases to dig through that are possible
precedents.
