Hello,

Sorry you are having problems with our parts.  Nick felt the linked issue was 
related to the chipset on his system as changed platforms, everything else the 
same and the card worked fine. However, your platform is not the same as the 
one he was experiencing problems with.  I will investigate further and let you 
know what further info I'll need.
