I haven't seen any replies to this yet and I'm not the expert on the i40e driver, but there are a couple of basic questions we need to ask.
What firmware version are you running? Can you just send us the output of ethtool -i? What kernel version are you running? Also, where did you send your earlier report? I'm having trouble finding it.
