In RHEL 7.1, trying to bring SR-IOV, however it is not coming even after
configuring in /etc/modprob.d/igb.conf
options igb max_vfs=1

root=UUID=bbfa540c-cca5-4b4e-a17e-1decdd6194c4 ro crashkernel=auto
console=ttyS0,38400 net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0 rhgb quiet intel_iommu=on
BIOS setting done enable SR-IOV as well Intel Vd-enabled. Could you please
share inputs.
PS: if done manually(modprobe -r igb & modprobe igb max_vfs=1) interfaces are
coming up.
