I do not know if it's a problem with your kernel or your USB, but it
seems that the de-initialization code is not called when the modem is
unplugged, leading to a somewhat inconsistent state (that is the reason
that lead to add the handling of "non-present device" on URB sending)..

Anybody else encounters the same kind of problems ?
