AAARGHH no more fields please!! What makes the ITN system easy to use is the limited number of fields. What makes other bug trackers crap is the enormous amount of fields they expose. When there are too many fields, and fields with too many possible values, it's just more likely that different people would submit the same issue using a different criteria, as often all of them are valid!! I prefer to do a serach for keywords in the title.
