I guess there are some things we don't need in ITN, but I still think a 
simple way of dividing requests into separate areas would be reasonable. 
           Of course one could use keywords instead, but people will 
never be able to agree which keywords should be used, and we will 
occasionally misspell keywords or forget to include them.  With 10-15 
simple categories (and a "generic/unknown" category) this shouldn't be 
as much of a problem.
