I still wish you could select the "default" (top) item on the list by just
hitting Alt-F1 again (same key that invoked the menu).  It's annoying to
have to go all the way across the keyboard to hit Enter again (for single
handed users, or for users who have one hand on the mouse at the time).  Or
at least a numbered menu like with the "Surround With" menu, so I can just
hit the number and go, without moving my hand so far.  It's a little thing,
but it's very annoying.
