It remembers the size, but not the position. If I shrink the window to 800x550 (just guessing here but the actual number doesn't matter), move it to (0,0) and close the window, the next time I open the window it opens at (0,50), so the buttons at the bottom of the window are still hidden. IIRC, 2.0.3 wouldn't remember the size correctly, but EAP 514 does.
