Would it be possible in the Project tab to be able to specify
certain folders to ignore?

Our project structure is:

URA
-- build
-- source
-----config
-----doc
-----lib
-----src
-----web

I would love to be able to ignore the build and doc directories by
adding these two to the ignore list.
