You are right, we also encountered this kind of inconvenience when using
this feature. We plan to solve it by providing 2 fixes:
1. Typing '(' will not insert ')' if there is already a matching one.
2. Typing backspace to delete '(' will also delete a pair ')' when it
immediately follows the openning brace.
