Hi Jure et al,

AFAIK, Intel changed their build instructions for a big array of their tools in 
summer '13;
(if you notice, we had provided builds for all first months: ictce/5.[1-5].0 
easily)

I think those changes are not too big, yet it is just that the rest of us 
are sitting on certain other versions for the moment, that keep us busy enough.

It would be great if you contribute back an (even broken) PR - as Ward 
suggests-,
because others we can jump on it, embrace, extend, etc :)
