This works quite well for us:

Hey Google, Alex, Siri, Cortana, would one of you be so kind to install the
latest TensorFlow on our HPC cluster. And do not forget to update the
documentation this time, please.

ACHTUNG! Diese E-Mail kommt von Extern! WARNING! This email originated
off-campus.

I propose something more KISS: directly compile stuff without using any build
system: you can easily put your gcc commands on a bash script, it's cleaner.

Dear EasyBuilders,

After spending countless hours debugging installation problems that eventually
can be attributed to the use of CMake, we feel it's time to take some action...

We propose to deprecated the support for installing and using CMake in
EasyBuild, to try and motivate both end users and software developers to
consider alternatives like SCons and Bazel.

The pull request for this change has been opened just now, see
https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-framework/pull/3991 .

We welcome any feedback on this.

regards,

Kenneth
