The problem there is you may change your configuration at samba
configuration file template, that is,
in /usr/share/ebox/stubs/samba/smb.conf.mas and then restart samba
service through '/etc/init.d/ebox samba restart'. Take care of backup
your modifications since every eBox upgrade will overwrite the file
template.

You can change the mounting points for your directories and such using
'/etc/fstab' as usual since eBox does not manipulate this file.
