        Hello! Sounds like a Server issue, not a Viewer issue. What flavor of
Windows OS are you running on the Server side when you're seeing the
black screen? And, do you have the Mirage Driver installed there?
        Also, you can activate "debug logging" in both the Viewer and Server
side GUI's. Any log files would be useful.
