2003 Server R2 (which was working with the previous version). Yes we
installed the mirage driver.

flavor of
Windows OS are you running on the Server side when you're seeing the
black screen? And, do you have the Mirage Driver installed there?
        Also, you can activate "debug logging" in both the Viewer and
Server
side GUI's. Any log files would be useful.
