You could also setup a DNS entry on your local DNS server (if you have a local
dns server)
so that you could use a "support.xxx.xxx" type address... That's what I do
with my echo server and it works great...

I don't know if you could run EchoServer in a DMZ and still get to it from
your VncViewer. I do believe you can run the viewer on the Echoserver and see
clients from there.
