(sorry for the bugging you directly before Dan - I messed up the reply)

Interesting - so does it forward to a full VNC server running on the same
machine?

And, forgive me for missing it, but is it available on the sourceforge project
page or echogent site?

The server already exists

But due to complexities within the linux world and setting up the VNC server
itself it is only a relay system.

(since every variation of linux refers to the VNC setups differently it causes
issues which are not yet resolved.)

Subject: [Echovnc-users] Echovnc Server for Linux

Hey all!

I'm having a great experience testing out EchoVNC under windows (and the
EchoServer for Linux); has anyone developed an EchoVNC Server for Linux? I
realize the SDK is available, but I don't think I'm not quite skilled enough to
implement it myself.

Thanks in advance!
