Thanks for your kindly reply.
The problem disppeared. To my supprise, input "eciadsl-start", OK, input 
"pppoe-start", it reported connected, OK too. Very good.The config setting 
is the same as before, the only thing I do is to wait a day and re-power the 
PC.
So far so good. When it connect, ppp0 link is create with ipv4 address. But 
the dns server is not auto configed. I have manually edit /etc/resolv.conf, 
specifying the dns ip. Except this ,everything worked well.

Thanks for free EciAdsl and PPPoE client. 
PS: I'm from China, am I the first one to report use EciAdsl successfully?:)
